_TS***7qMy husband and I came by because of a review in our Route 66 road-trip book. We purchased a Dutch Apple pie, and 3 slices of Dutch apple, strawberry-rhubarb and a buttermilk. That was a month ago, and all I can think of now is how fantastic they were, but especially that buttermilk pie!!! It was the best piece of pie I’ve ever eaten. I have Googled recipes for buttermilk pie, but it does not look or sound as good as the one I had here. I looked to see if this business ships pie, and sadly, they do not. It’s way out of our way to come back, but if you are within 200 miles of this slice-of-pie heaven, you need to drive in and purchase some. Get extra to freeze. We couldn’t as we were spending 4 days in the car. You will love these pies! Get the buttermilk for sure!
